in political news, Obama has picked the RIAA’s #1 henchman as a top lawyer in the justice dept.

lest you think i’m a lefty apologist, i will politely inform you that i still haven’t forgiven the Clinton administration for the complete clusterfuck that is the DMCA, so the appointment of this champion of never-ending copyrights and record industry legal thuggery does absolutely nothing to bolster my view of the president-elect.
